Duct Spiral welded pipe mill

Duct spiral pipe machine is a specialized production line that forms continuous metal coils into round ventilation ducts. It winds the metal strip into a precise spiral shape and joins the overlapping edges using a mechanically locked seam (interlock), without welding.

Spiral pipe machine
It is use to open and level the steel coil through the machine, and then feed it into forming machine at some angles, using the principle of three-roll round machine, supplemented by some angels, the continuous round pipe is formed. And the continuous spiral weld is welded by submerged arc welding machine. When the steel coil is uncoiling, leveling and cutting butt welding, the spiral pipe welded machine should stop and wait. After steel coil's butt welding is completed, the spiral pipe welded mill is started for production. The submerged arc welded pipe machine adopts the discontinuous production model, which has the advantage of less investment and simple operation. The products meet the standard of API-5L and GB9711.
