Full hydraulic hydrostatic testing machine for steel diameter from φ25mm to φ3600mm, is one of main product in our company, which is used for pressure test of steel pipe and stress elimination in pipe body.

The hydraulic testing machine of our company can be divided into: high pressure and high efficiency hydraulic press used for oil drill pipe and pumping pipe pressure test, and hydraulic press used for spiral welded steel pipe, high-frequency welded steel pipe and ordinary fluid conveying pipe pressure test.  From the structure can be divided into: double beams bottom feed type, double beams top feed type, four beam middle feed type.  In our hydraulic testing machine products with double beams middle feed type of the highest efficiency, which can be simultaneously on four steel pipe pressure testing, pressure test speed of 100 /h.  The salient feature of the middle feeding type of the four beams is that it is suitable for large caliber steel tubes with large pressure testing capacity.

Spiral welded pipe/straight seam submerged arc welding pipe hydraulic press is mainly used for the spiral welded pipe and straight seam submerged arc welding for pressure test, using polyurethane seal and stay inside the large clearance seal two seal forms, equipped with oil and water balance system, computer records, storage, printing, the test result, a high pressure maintaining stability, security, etc.
