Water filter Spiral welded pipe mill

Water filter spiral pipe machine manufactures spiral-welded steel pipes specifically designed for use as well casings or well screens to access groundwater.

How it works:

Steel strip (often galvanized or stainless steel for corrosion resistance) is fed into the machine.
Forming rollers bend the strip into a continuous spiral shape.
The overlapping edges are seam-welded along the entire spiral length, creating a strong, watertight pipe.
The pipe is cut to standard well casing lengths (e.g., 20 feet).
(Optional for screens): The machine or a secondary process may add slots or perforations to sections of the pipe, turning it into a "well screen" that allows water to enter while keeping out sand and sediment.

Spiral pipe machine
It is use to open and level the steel coil through the machine, and then feed it into forming machine at some angles, using the principle of three-roll round machine, supplemented by some angels, the continuous round pipe is formed. And the continuous spiral weld is welded by submerged arc welding machine. When the steel coil is uncoiling, leveling and cutting butt welding, the spiral pipe welded machine should stop and wait. After steel coil's butt welding is completed, the spiral pipe welded mill is started for production. The submerged arc welded pipe machine adopts the discontinuous production model, which has the advantage of less investment and simple operation. The products meet the standard of API-5L and GB9711.
