Aluminium Alloy spiral pipe machine is a type of industrial equipment used to manufacture continuous spiral-welded pipes from coils of Aluminium Alloy strip. It works by feeding the steel strip through forming rollers that bend it into a continuous spiral shape. The overlapping edges are then welded together along the spiral seam to create a strong, sealed pipe. Finally, the pipe is cut to specific lengths.

These machines produce pipes commonly used for ventilation ducts, exhaust systems, material handling, and structural applications.

Spiral pipe machine
It is use to open and level the steel coil through the machine, and then feed it into forming machine at some angles, using the principle of three-roll round machine, supplemented by some angels, the continuous round pipe is formed. And the continuous spiral weld is welded by submerged arc welding machine. When the steel coil is uncoiling, leveling and cutting butt welding, the spiral pipe welded machine should stop and wait. After steel coil's butt welding is completed, the spiral pipe welded mill is started for production. The submerged arc welded pipe machine adopts the discontinuous production model, which has the advantage of less investment and simple operation. The products meet the standard of API-5L and GB9711.
