CTL is used for decoiling, leveling, length measure and cutting metal coils into flat sheets of required length and stacking. Suitable for processing cold rolled and hot rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and coated metal materials.

The production line is mainly composed of feeding trolley, decoiler, leveling machine, feeding device, shear, conveyor, stacking device and so on. The slitting machine can be also configured in the production line to cut and stack the sheet material into the required width and length. It is a high performance product integrating machine, electric and hydraulic.

Stacking neatly

Decoiling:

Hydraulic/pneumatic shafts hold mother coils (max. weight: 20–50 tons; width: 800–3,200 mm). Automatic splicing systems enable continuous operation during coil changes.
Leveling:

Multi-roller levelers (e.g., 6-high designs) eliminate coil curvature and surface defects. Precision: ±0.02–0.2 mm/m.
Cutting:

Stop-Cut Systems: For low-speed applications (≤60 m/min), precision ±0.3 mm.
Flying Shears:

High-speed servo-driven blades (max. 150 cuts/min; speed: 80 m/min) for uninterrupted production.
Stacking:

Dual-station stackers with vacuum lifters or magnetic conveyors for efficient sheet handling
