Slitter is used for decoiling, slitting and recoiling into required width coils, suitable for processing cold rolled and hot rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and coated metal materials.

Unwinding Section:

Equipped with hydraulic or pneumatic shafts (e.g., 3" air shafts) to hold large mother rolls (up to Φ700 mm diameter).Features automatic splicing systems to minimize downtime during roll changes.
Cutting Section:

Utilizes razor blades for soft materials (films, foams) or circular shear cutters for rigid substrates (metals, thick plastics).Supports widths up to 1,500 mm and includes laser-guided alignment for precision.
Rewinding Section:

Employs cantilever-type differential air shafts with friction rings for tension control.Max rewinding diameter: Φ500 mm, with automatic tape-splicing to finish rolls.
Control Systems:

Siemens PLCs or Japanese inverters (e.g., Panasonic) for speed regulation (0–500 m/min) and tension stability .
Touchscreen HMI for intuitive operation
